For the information of the Bureau, referenced WFO 
teletype advised receiving offices that U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) 
reported subject had telephoned the Washington, D.C. office of 
victim on 10/15/84 and stated, "The re-election does not matter 
as far as I'm concerned because Congresswoman Lloyd and her staff 
are bot h dead." The call was received by Executive Assistant/ Offic

with subject referring to a letter written by subject making 
vague complaints regarding the FBI,CIA, and the IRS. 

Contact with victim's Washington office to date reflect 
no further calls received from subject. 

U.S. Secret Service advised.
